Surcharge heavy products. For heavier products or very large orders there may be a surcharge, in this case the extra shipping costs will be presented to you for approval prior to shipping.
Deliveries outside of the European Union (EU). Please note that we deliver our goods incoterms DAP. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. The additional costs also apply to orders from Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.
Returns
- You want to return something? Please contact us first.
- Returns are not possible for products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This is the case, for example, with the smell and taste tests and air sampling bags. The air sampling bags are for single use and cannot be returned due to the risk of contamination.
