Shipping costs and Returns

Delivery time: The delivery time from the Netherlands to the country of destination differs per country. The delivery time may also differ per product, we do not have all items in stock. If you want to be sure whether the product you want to order is in stock, please contact us first.

Express delivery: Express deliveries are possible. Please contact us before placing your order. You can reach us by email: info@medi-sense.nl or via the contact form.

VAT: All prices on this page do not include VAT. If you have a valid European VAT number, we can issue invoices without VAT. When placing your order, you must provide your VAT identification number.

Surcharge heavy products. For heavier products or very large orders there may be a surcharge, in this case the extra shipping costs will be presented to you for approval prior to shipping.

Deliveries outside of the European Union (EU). Please note that we deliver our goods incoterms DAP. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. The additional costs also apply to orders from Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Returns

  • You want to return something? Please contact us first.
  • Returns are not possible for products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This is the case, for example, with the smell and taste tests and air sampling bags. The air sampling bags are for single use and cannot be returned due to the risk of contamination.
